You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. For example, if your order was delivered on January 1st, you have until January 7th to initiate a return. PanoKraft's return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

 

 

In case you receive the wrong product.
In case the product delivered to you has some defects or breaks.
Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

• Check if your product meets all requirements.
• Call and email us and request a return.
• Our team will provide the address of our office where you must return.
• Pack items as it is as received.
• Arrange for product pick-up or drop-off.
• Your returned item will be quality-checked first.

If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
